(TSX-V: BFM, FWB: O8D, ISIN: CA0762301012) (the “Company” or “Bedford”) is\npleased to announce that it has entered into an exploration agreement\n(the “Agreement”) with the English River First Nation (“ERFN”)\nin Saskatchewan.\n\n\nThe Agreement establishes a framework for collaboration\nand cooperation between ERFN and the Company in connection with\nBedford’s Sheppard Lake Uranium Project (“Sheppard Lake” or the\n“Property”), located along the southern margin of the Athabasca\nBasin in northern Saskatchewan. The Agreement reflects a shared\ncommitment to responsible mineral exploration, open communication, and\nmutual respect.\n\n\nEnglish River First Nation is located approximately 500\nkilometres north of Saskatoon within Treaty 10 territory, with\nresidential reserves at Wapatuanak and La Plonge. ERFN also holds\nnineteen reserves across northern Saskatchewan, including Porter\nIsland, Cree Lake, Elak Dase, Knee Lake, Dipper Rapids, and other\ntraditional lands.\n\n\nERFN is a diverse, multilingual community of nearly\n1,800 members, with Dene, Cree, Michif, English, and French spoken\namong its people.
