New York, November 21, 2023 / OTC Disclosure & News Service / - The BeBop Channel Corporation (OTC PINK: BBOP) is requesting that shareholders of record as of September 30, 2023 fill out the company’s questionnaire to establish that a quorum will be met at its November 27th Annual meeting to vote on Board Directors. An email to the shareholders with instructions is set forth below:Dear Shareholders,In preparation for the Annual Meeting of the Shareholders for The BeBop Channel Corporation taking place via video conferencing on Monday, November 27, 2023 at 1:00pm/13:00 EST (NYC Time Zone), we need to ascertain your attendance.As many of you know, co-founders Sue Veres Royal and Gregory Charles Royal have served as BeBop's sole board members since the company's inception in 2019. During this tenure, as majority shareholders, no company-wide shareholder votes have occurred, including those requiring an annual vote for the Board of Directors -- until now. This change is due to the fact that Sue and Greg no longer own at least 51% of company shares, and as such, a shareholder vote to annually elect Board members is now in effect.For this vote to occur at the annual meeting and according to the company's by-laws, a quorum of 51% must be present.We need all shareholders to fill out an information sheet to determine if there will be enough shareholders present to establish a quorum at the Annual Shareholders' Meeting. Additionally, we need shareholders who wish to nominate Board members to follow the instructions on the information sheet as well.
