[{"type":"text","content":" LONG BEACH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--\nThe Beauty Health Company (NASDAQ: SKIN), home to flagship brand Hydrafacial, today announced it will initiate a stock repurchase program on September 26, 2023 via Rule 10b5-1. The action follows the recent authorization by the Company’s Board of Directors to repurchase up to $100 million of its common stock.\n\n\nThe extent to which the Company repurchases shares, and the timing of such repurchases, will depend upon a variety of factors as determined by the Company’s management. Purchases may be affected through one or more open market transactions, privately negotiated transactions, transactions structured through investment banking institutions, or a combination of the foregoing. The Company expects to fund its share repurchases with existing cash on hand and is not obligated under the program to acquire any particular amount of stock. The Company can suspend or terminate the program at any time.\n\n\nA previous announcement of the share repurchase authorization, dated September 12, 2023, incorrectly stated the trading plan would be implemented in Q3 2024.
