The\naddition aligns Canada with other jurisdictions, such as\n \n \n Ontario, Quebec, the European Union, and South Korea,\nrecognizing phosphorous as a critical and strategic mineral.\n \n \n A decision by the United States Government on\nthe status of phosphorous as a critical and strategic mineral is\nexpected in 2024-2025.\n \n \n \n \n \n The company owns 29 phosphate projects selected for their strategic\nlocation and geological prospects. The company's phosphate holdings\ninclude 410 claims over an area of 27,224 hectares, all fully owned\nand exempt from royalties. These properties were selected based on\ndocumented historical occurrences of phosphate (Apatite P2O5) or\navailable sample data and are open for exploration.
