[{"type":"text","content":"\n\nBeacon Rise Holdings plc\n \nTuesday 1 August 2023\n \n \nDelay to publication of annual report and suspension of listing\n \nBeacon Rise Holdings plc (LSE: BRS) announces that the publication of its Annual Report & Accounts for the financial year ended 31 March 2023 will be delayed pending finalisation.\n \nThe company wishes to inform the shareholders that due to a misinterpretation of rules related to the publication of annual report by applying the temporary COVID relief after it expires, the company fails to publish the results on 31 July 2023. Pursuant to Rule 5.3 of the Listing Rules, the company has requested to suspend the listing on the official list.\n \nThe company is targeting the publication of the annual report during August 2023 once the auditor has completed its processes.
