With reference to the earlier announcement dated 21st June 2025 under regulation 30 of SEBI(LODR) Regulations, 2015, the 43rd Annual general meeting which was scheduled to be held on Friday, 1st August 2025 is now postponed and re-scheduled to a later date which will be decided by the management and intimated thereafter.
