reported first-quarter net income of $51.95 million or $0.46 per unit, compared to net loss of $8.5 million or $0.09 per unit last year. Funds from operations rose to $107.5 million or $0.95 per unit from $59.37 million or $0.60 per unit in the same quarter a year earlier.
