(OTC Pink: BAYP) Today we are pleased to announce the rework and recompletion to begin August 11th, 2014. Recently we announced a JV with Downhole Energy, LLC. To acquire 25.0% working Interest in current producing gas wells, the Brown # 2 and the Brown # 5. The Brown #5 well will be re completed in the Cromwell sands in the upper section to avoid making water. We will perf the well in the upper portion of the Cromwell followed by and acid job to increase production. The Brown #2 will be re completed in the Gilcrease sands. We will perf the formation followed by an acid job to bring it into further production. The gas will be tested quickly by gas purchaser followed by a gas meter install within a few days of completion.\nBayport will update www.bayportinternational.com to reflect the new changes and updates.
