(\"Advantech\") has released a new line of solid state power amplifiers and block up converters that offer the highest power density and smallest form factor in the industry. \n\n \n \n\n \nThe new Taurus line of 500W Ku-Band Gallium Nitride (GaN) Solid State Power Amplifiers (SSPAs) and Block-up Converters (BUCs) are specifically suited for mobile and fixed communication terminals.
