(TSXV: BMR) (OTCQB: BTRMF) (“\n \n Battery\n \n ” or\n“\n \n BMR\n \n ” or the “\n \n Company\n \n ”) is pleased to provide a\nsummary of the highlights of its accomplishments in 2022.\n \n \n BMR had a transformational year in 2022 with\nthe highlighted accomplishments below:\n \n \n \n Funded and completed a very successful\nPunitaqui resource drill program,\n \n \n Significantly strengthened\nits management and board,\n \n \n Greatly advanced its permitting,\nhaving secured important milestones in the process\n \n \n Strong\nfocus of continuous improvement on community relations by proactively\nengaging with its local communities\n \n \n Monetized non-core\nassets,\n \n \n Secured non-dilutive convertible debt and bridge loan\nfinancing to help fund its activities,\n \n \n Delivered\nbetter-than-expected metallurgical results,\n \n \n Reported a robust\ninitial NI 43-101-compliant mineral resource estimate for the four\nunderground deposits at Punitaqui, two of which had not previously had\nresource estimates (San Andres and Cinabrio Norte).\n \n \n \n The Company views these\naccomplishments as a strong base to allow further progression towards\ncash flowing in the near term. Achievements for 2023 will be\nunderpinned by the momentum attained in 2022 as BMR continues to add\nvalue for all stakeholders and shareholders.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Growing and Advancing\nPunitaqui\n \n \n \n 2022\nwas dominated by excellent drill results from the Phase I Punitaqui\ninfill and step out drill program.\n \n \n On Jan 14\n \n th\n \n , the Company announced a\n102-meter (“m”) intersection in hole DS-21-08 grading\n \n 1.41%\ncopper (“Cu”) from 48m\n \n downhole at its Dalmacia deposit, which\nincluded an internal interval of\n \n 16m grading 3.52% Cu\n \n .\nPreviously, it was believed that mineralization at Dalmacia was\ndiscontinuous, so this very long intercept completely changed the\ninterpretation of the mineralization and was an excellent surprise for\nBMR.\n \n \n Battery also\nannounced drilling from the San Andres deposit on February\n22\n \n nd\n \n , incl...
