Accordingly, the Company has issued and allotted 150,000 new Ordinary Shares and application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 150,000 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on the Main Market of the LSE. \nIt is expected that admission will become effective and dealings in the new Ordinary Shares will commence on 13 August 2019.
