Completion of Sale of Diagnostics Distributor
BATM Advanced Communications Limited has completed the sale of its diagnostics distributor, A.M.S 2000 Trading Impex SRL, on December 31, 2025, satisfying all legal and regulatory requirements. As part of this transaction, 96,794,500 ordinary shares previously held by Dr. Zvi Marom will be transferred to Sunstring Ltd, a wholly-owned indirect subsidiary of BATM, and will not carry voting rights. Once transferred, in accordance with Israeli law, as these shares will be held by a subsidiary of the Group, they will not have any voting rights (section 309(b) of the Israeli Companies Law).
