Appointment of Chairman and Directorate Change
BATM Advanced Communications Limited has announced a significant change in its board leadership with Gil Sharon appointed as Chairman, effective December 25, 2025, succeeding Dr. Gideon Chitayat who will step down as a Non-executive Director on January 1, 2026.
