BATM Advanced Communications Ld 6 December 2000 BATM Advanced Communications announces that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and UK Listing Authority for the admission to the Official List of 568,972 ordinary shares of ILS 0.01 each. These shares, which rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue, are being allotted as follows; i) 46,650 shares as part of the advisory fee on the acquisition of Telco Systems inc, and ii) 522,322 shares to the vendor in relation to the acquisition of a stake in the Lantech Computer Company.
