[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\n\nTSX-V: PCV\n\n\nVANCOUVER, Feb. 6 /CNW/ - Pacific Cascade Minerals Inc. announces the\nresults of a recently completed Induced Polarization Survey on its 100% owned\nBrewster Lake Claims located in the Nechako Basin southwest of Prince George,\nBritish Columbia.\n\n\nThe I.P. Survey totalled 40 line km's and is adjacent to the northern\nboundary of TTM Resources' Chu Property (TSX-V: TTQ)\n(www.pacificcascade.ca/brewster). TTM announced on Tuesday, January 29, 2008\ninitial Molybdenum resource estimates as:\n\n\n"Indicated Resource - High Grade Mo of 57.1 Million Tonnes of 0.104% Mo\n\n\n(0.08% cutoff) as part of 235.3 Million Tonnes of 0.067% Mo\n\n\n(0.040% cutoff)\n\n\nInferred Resource - High Grade Mo of 44.4 Million Tonnes of 0.100% Mo\n\n\n(0.08% cutoff) as part of 221.5 Million Tonnes of 0.063% Mo (0.04% Mo\n\n\ncutoff)"\n\n\nPacific Cascade's Brewster Lake claims contain two very large geophysical\nanomalies. The western claim block anomaly is possibly a felsic intrusion with\nhigh resistivity and high chargeability anomalies. The I.P. anomalies are open\nin 3 directions; the high resistivity is approximately 2 km's in diameter and\nis open at the depth limits of the I.P. Survey which was approximately\n400 meters. The geophysical anomaly is open to the north, west and south.\n\n\nCoincident with the high resistivity anomaly is a very high chargeability\nanomaly that is internal and peripheral to the high resistivity. Also, the\ncoincident chargeability anomaly displays a zoneation of charge. Management is\nvery optimistic about the result of the IP survey due to both the large size\nof the anomaly and high signal responses.\n\n\nThe second I.P. anomaly lies on the eastern claim block and displays\nextremely low resistivity and chargeability anomalies. These are interpreted\nto be a large regional fault structure that is coincident with anomalous\ngeochemical values for Au, Ag, As and Pb as previously reported in RGS\nGovernment Surveys. These regional structures with their associate anomalous\ngeochemical values are interpreted to represent a possible epithermal\npoly-metallic vein system.\n\n\nThe company is now preparing to submit a drill permit application for\nboth zones, initial discussions for arrangements for a diamond drill have been\ninitiated. The company plans to prioritize the potential por...
