[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\n\nTSX-V: PCV\n\n\nVANCOUVER, Sept. 8 /CNW/ - Pacific Cascade Minerals Inc. has received the\npreliminary results of the recently completed 3D-IP geophysics program on 100%\nowned Crack Moly Project located 45 km west of Boston Bar and 35 km north-east\nof Harrison Lake in the New Westminster Mining District. The program consisted\nof 6.8 line km extending to the west of the previous IP survey which had shown\na large chargeability high anomaly located at depth at the western boundary of\nthe IP grid and which appeared to continue beyond the survey limits. The\npreliminary results of the 2008 survey show a significant high chargeability\ntarget which is consistent with the previous geophysics program that provided\nsuccessful targets for the 2007 diamond drill program (see PCV News Release\nJanuary 25, 2008).\n\n\nA diamond drill rig has been mobilized and is currently drilling on the\nfirst target of the 2008 diamond drill program. Hole CM08-01 is located\napproximately 500 metres to the west of the 2007 drill program and will be\ndrilled to a proposed depth of 600 metres to test the 2008 high chargeability\ntarget as well as extensions of the mineralized zones encountered in 2007.\n\n\nAbout the Crack Moly Project\n----------------------------\n\n\nThe 100% owned Crack Moly Property contains a group of eight (8)\ncontiguous claims comprising of 3,338.3 hectares located in the New\nWestminster Mining Division of British Columbia. In 2005 surface geochemical\nsampling and a 3D Induced Polarization Geophysical Survey were completed on\nthe property. The Crack Moly property displays high grade molybdenum showings\non surface within hydrothermal breccias traced over 800 meters. In 2007 the\nCompany conducted a nine (9) hole diamond drill program which resulted in\nsignificant intercepts. In addition the 2007 interpretation of the 3D IP\nsurvey indicated that a large resistivity/chargeability anomaly remained open\nto the west which has been further indicated by the 2008 3D IP survey.\n\n\nAbout Pacific Cascades Minerals Inc.\n------------------------------------\nPacific Cascade Minerals (TSX-V: PCV) is a junior resource exploration\ncompany focusing on three British Columbia based Molybdenum properties: the\nCrack, Brewster Lake and Mo prospects.\nThe technical information provided in this press release was reviewed by\nWarre...
