(“Bathurst” or the “Company”)\n \n \n (\n \n \n TSXV:BMV\n \n \n )\n \n \n (\n \n \n OTC:BMVVF\n \n \n )\n \n \n is pleased to announce\n \n \n the assay\nresults from our spring soil sampling program on the Peerless Mineral\nTenures (“Peerless”) property located in the Goldbridge Mining\nCamp (“Goldbridge Camp”) in south-central British Columbia. The\nsoil sampling program was designed to cover an area where thrust\nbound, ultramafic intrusives occur. The ultramafics were observed to\nbe listwanite altered; a classic geological setting in the Goldbridge\nCamp known to host gold deposits.\n \n \n \n \n The Goldbridge Camp, located 180km north of Vancouver\nis remarkably similar to the Mother Lode camp of California in terms\nof ore mineralogy, wall rock alteration and geological setting. The\nGoldbridge Camp contains over 60 mineral localities including the\nhistorical large producer Bralorne Mine, which yielded over 4 million\noz gold. The Bralorne Mine and is still being actively explored.\nCurrently, other juniors are active in the Goldbridge Camp area and\nare consistently getting good results. Our nearest neighbour,\nEndurance Gold Corporation's Reliance Gold Project last reported 7.87\ngrams per tonne gold over 7.6 metres (September 5, 2023, news\nrelease).\n \n \n \n \n The Peerless Property, located in the heart of the\nGoldbridge  Camp contains historical drill assay results of up to\n28.92 grams/tonne gold over 4.57 metre drill lengths in similar\ngeological and structural settings to other deposits in Goldbridge\nCamp.\n \n \n \n \n Field crews collected a total of 200 soil samples over\nan area of altered ultramafics.
