Mr. McAdam is a Senior Executive\n \n \n with over 30 years of finance and operations experience in\nlarge and small capitalization companies, David has extensive\nexpertise in fund raising (over $350 million in equity and debt),\nfinancial operations and planning, mergers and acquisitions (buy and\nsell side), due diligence, investor relations (TSX.V and JSE), systems\nstrategy and implementation, risk management and regulatory\ncompliance.\n \n \n \n \n David has been the Chief Financial Officer of several\npublic and private companies across various industry sectors including\na number of public and private mining companies These roles required\nreporting to public company Audit, Safety and Risk Committees along\nwith full Board presentations for a Fortune 150 Company. He is\ncurrently on the Board of Interra Copper Corp, where he chairs the\nAudit Committee.
