(“Bathurst” or the “Company”)\n \n (\n \n\n TSX-V: BMV OTC:\nBMVVF )\n \n is pleased to announce the start of their summer\nfieldwork on the Peerless Gold Project. The summer fieldwork aims to\ndevelop additional drill targets on other inferred, east-west trending\nstructures with gold in soil geochemistry close to ultramafic contact.\nThese structural intersections are one of the most characteristic\nfeatures in gold deposition within the Goldbridge Mining Camp and\noccur in several areas on the Peerless Property. Our discovery in\nFebruary 2024 from diamond drill hole PR24-004 returned grades up to\n \n\n 0.202 oz/tonne gold\nover 16.73 feet including 0.628 oz/tonne gold over 3.61 feet.\n \n\n\n\n\n KEY POINTS – Peerless\nProject\n \n\n\n\n\n\n Discovery of near-surface, gold-bearing east-west\ntrending structures.\n \n\n\n\n\n\n Significant gold mineralization occurs within\nultramafics, away from a crosscutting thrust fault. Ultramafics are\ntypically a poor host for gold deposits, yet the company encountered\npotentially economic gold grades.\n \n\n\n\n\n\n The structural intersections near, but not just within\nthe ultramafics, are key to the formation of the gold deposits in the\nBralorne Mining Camp. The potential of the volcanoclastic/ultramafic\ncontacts, where the east-west structure crosses, remains untested by\ndrilling, highlighting the need for further exploration.\n \n\n\n\n\n\n Company geologists have outlined several areas within\nthe extensive, anomalous gold and base metal in soil geochemistry\nwhere other east-west structures occur and crosscut the thrust\nfault.\n \n\n\n\n\n\n Lorne Warner P.Geo, President of Bathurst Metals Corp.,\nStates,\n \n\n “ We were very\nsuccessful in our first drilling program in February of this year to\nconsistently locate and encounter significant concentrations of\nmesothermal, sulphide mineralization with visible gold noted in one\nhole in the primary east-west trending structure we believe is\nresponsible for the main gold minera...
