Following the meeting, in case there is any material information it shallbe disseminated accordingly to the exchange as per requirements ofPSX regulations.

The Company has declared the "Closed Period" from May 22, 2026 to May 22, 2026 as the "Closed Period", as required under Clause 5.6.4 of the PSX Rule Book. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or executive shall, directly or indirectly deal in shares of the company in any manner during the closed period.
