The Company\nand ESDM have met and communicated regularly over the past several\nmonths to settle these new items.\n\n\n \n\n\nBased on the meetings with the ESDM and the status of\napplication, the Company believes that Approval for Production\nOperations is forthcoming.\n\n\n \n\n\nElectrowinning Elution Column\nPlant:\n\n\nThe Company is now planning for the first gold pour.\n\n\n\n \n\n\nThe time required to fabricate the Production Plant is\na bottleneck in the gold production schedule. The Processing Plant’s\nmodular design enables scalable increases in output as additional\nprocessing modules are deployed. \n\n\n \n\n\nFollowing the award of the tender, work started on\ndeveloping both the detailed engineering schematics and design\ndocuments. These items are now complete and are critical milestones\nrequired prior to fabrication, construction and installation.\n\n\n \n\n\nThe Company is also happy to announce that all parties\nhave developed and agreed to fabrication schedules, logistics,\ntimelines, commissioning requirements and budgets for the construction\nand installati...
