The claim alleges wrongdoing against Barrick Gold Corporation\n and its senior officers Aaron Regent, Jamie Sokalsky, Ammar Al-Joundi\n and Peter Kinver.\n\n\nThe detailed claim alleges there were misrepresentations in Barrick's\n public disclosure relating to Barrick's development of the Pascua-Lama\n mine located on the border between Chile and Argentina.\n\n\nIn particular, Barrick failed to disclose that certain key development\n activities at the Pascua-Lama mine were not in compliance with certain\n environmental conditions imposed by the Chilean government on Barrick's\n approval to develop the Pascua-Lama Project.
