The United States Forest Service (\"USFS\") has issued a Decision Memorandum (\"DM\") and Finding of No Significant Impact (\"FONSI\") for Barksdale's proposed seven-year exploration drilling program at Sunnyside. The Company expects the Plan of Operations (\"PoO\") to be approved shortly, after which the Company can proceed with its planned drilling program at Sunnyside. The Company has plans and contracts in place to commence exploration work shortly after the PoO is approved. The approved DM is the culmination of years of environmental, land use, and other analyses conducted under the National Environmental Policy Act.
