Barclays PLC announced that on March 10, 2026, several Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMRs) were granted conditional awards of shares under the Barclays Group Share Value Plan and the Barclays Long Term Incentive Plan, with the total gross value of these awards amounting to £43,975,115. Additionally, on March 9, 2026, shares were delivered to PDMRs for fixed remuneration, totaling 224,438 net shares after tax and liability sales, and further shares were released from various incentive plans, including the LTIP, SVP, DSVP, and JSVP, with a total net value of £20,096,900. LTIP awards are based on performance in 2025 and are subject to continued employment and the satisfaction of performance conditions over the 3 year performance period (2026 - 2028).
