Variation of Cease Trade Order
Apolo Gold & Energy Inc.
Section 164 and 171 of the Securities Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 418
¶ 1 Apolo Gold & Energy Inc. is an OTC reporting issuer under Multilateral Instrument 
51-105 Issuers Quoted in the U.S. Over-the-Counter Markets (MI 51-105).
¶ 2 On October 15, 2014, the Executive Director ordered, under section 164(1) of the Act, 
that all trading in the securities of Apolo Gold cease until it files the required record 
and the Executive Director revokes the cease trade order (the October 15, 2014 order).
¶ 3 This order varies the October 15, 2014 order. In addition to the required record noted 
in the October 15, 2014 order, Apolo Gold has also not filed:
1. a comparative financial statement for its financial year ended June 30, 2014, as 
required under Part 4 of NI 51-102 Continuous Disclosure Obligations (NI 51-102)
and section 5(b) of MI51-105, and 
2. a Form 51-102F1 Management’s Discussion and Analysis for the period ended 
June 30, 2014, as required under Part 5 of NI 51-102
(the additional records).
¶ 4 Under section 171 of the Act, the Executive Director varies the October 15, 2014 order
to also include the additional records.
