MIAMI LAKES, Fla., December 23, 2025--BankUnited, Inc. (NYSE:BKU) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.31 per common share. The dividend will be payable on January 30, 2026 to shareholders of record at the close of business on January 9, 2026.
