Tim Power to Leave as Operations Director

Belgo Group PLC 2 February 2000 Belgo Group Plc Re: Directorate Tim Power, Operations Director, has decided to seek a new challenge and it is mutually agreed he will be leaving the Company with effect from today. The Group is continuing with its strategy of the expansion of the Belgo and Bierodrome brands alongside the development of a second roll-out concept. The Group remains debt free and the current roll-out plan is expected to be funded out of internal cash flows. The board remains very confident about the long term growth of the Group.
