[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 7599B Bango PLC 02 November 2009 \n \n2 November 2009\n\n\nBANGO PLC\n(\"Bango\" or \"the Company\")\nDisclosure of Miscellaneous Information\n\nAs a result of an internal review during the change to Bango's new nominated advisor Cenkos plc, and pursuant to Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies, Bango discloses the following details pursuant to sub-paragraphs (iii) to (viii) inclusive of paragraph (g) of Schedule Two of the AIM Rules and generally. Air Touring Limited, a company of which Ray Anderson, Director, was appointed a non-executive director on 8 February 2002 appointed administrators on 5 August 2009. The shortfall to creditors, if any, is currently unknown.\n\nIn addition Bango discloses the following information with regard to a Director: Talis Limited, a company in which Peter Saxton, Director, was appointed a director on 8 July 1994, at the request of a major investor, went into creditors' voluntary liquidation on 14 September 1994. The net liabilities of Talis Limited were unsecured creditors of £117,973. The company had no assets for realisation. Mr. Saxton is not aware of any criticism of his conduct relating to Talis Limited.\n\nCambridgeshire Countryside Centre Limited t/a Countryside Wildflowers, a company in which Peter Saxton was appointed a director on 20 June 1994 went into creditors' voluntary liquidation on 21 October 1994. The Statement of Affairs showed a deficit of £483,978. There was a distribution of 10.39 pence in the pound (£9,388.66) to preferential creditors.
