The final short form base shelf prospectus has been filed further to the preliminary short form base shelf prospectus, which was previously announced on\n \n March 22\n \n , 2021.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n The Prospectus has been filed in each of the provinces and territories of\n \n Canada\n \n and a corresponding shelf registration statement on Form F-10 (Registration Statement) was also filed with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). These filings will enable offerings of securities up to an aggregate initial offering price of\n \n US$1.5 billion\n \n at any time during the 25-month period that the Prospectus remains effective. The Registration Statement has been filed with the SEC but is not yet effective.
