Balfour Beatty has secured a significant £315 million seven-year contract for Warwickshire Highways Maintenance, with an option to extend for a further six years up to a total value of £900 million. This contract, awarded by Coventry City Council, Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council, and Warwickshire County Council, marks the company's third consecutive term managing these services. Balfour Beatty Living Places will be responsible for maintaining over 5,000 kilometres of roads and 55,000 streetlights, employing approximately 160 staff at its peak.
