Changes to membership of Board Committees

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11, BAE Systems plc announces the following changes to the membership of Board committees, effective 1^st January 2024.

Stephen Pearce will join the Environmental, Social and Governance Committee and Dr Jane Griffiths will join the Audit Committee. Additionally, Angus Cockburn will join the Remuneration Committee and Nicole Piasecki will step down from the Environmental, Social and Governance Committee. 

Accordingly, the membership of each Board Committee, effective as at 1^st January 2024 will be as follows:

Nominations Committee: Cressida Hogg - Chair, Nick Anderson, Crystal E. Ashby, Angus Cockburn, Dame Elizabeth Corley, Dr Jane Griffiths, Dr Ewan Kirk, Stephen Pearce, Nicole Piasecki, Lord Sedwill.

Audit Committee: Stephen Pearce - Chair, Angus Cockburn, Dame Elizabeth Corley, Jane Griffiths.

Remuneration Committee: Nicole Piasecki - Chair, Angus Cockburn, Dame Elizabeth Corley, Ewan Kirk.

Environmental, Social and Governance Committee: Jane Griffiths - Chair, Nick Anderson, Crystal Ashby, Stephen Pearce, Lord Sedwill.

Innovation and Technology Committee: Ewan Kirk - Chair, Nick Anderson, Dame Elizabeth Corley, Nicole Piasecki.
