Calgary, Alberta (FSCwire) - Badger Daylighting Ltd. (“Badger” or the “Company”) announced today that all nominees listed in its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and Management Information Circular dated March 14, 2014, were elected as directors of Badger at its annual meeting of shareholders held in Calgary, Alberta. Approximately 25.5 million common shares (approximately 68.9% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Badger) were represented at the meeting in person or voted by proxy.
