She will also serve as a member of the Remuneration, Nominations and Audit & Risk Committees of the Board. \n \nKate Swann is currently Chief Executive of WH Smith PLC. Between 2006 and 2009 she was a non-executive director of British Land Company PLC.\n \nWelcoming her to the Board, Chairman Mike Turner said: \"I am delighted that Kate has agreed to join us.
