We hereby inform you that in accordance with Company''s Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading (the code) read with applicable provision of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulation, 2018, the trading window for dealing in equity shares by Directors, Promoters, Designated Employees and Specifiled connected persons as defined in the code shall remain closed with effect from Tuesday the 1st April. 2025 till 48 hours after declaration of audited financial results for the quarter and year ending 31st March 2025.The date of Board Meeting for the declaration of the Audited financials of the Compnay will be intimated in due course.
