[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 5253S Veltyco Group PLC 26 June 2018 \n\n26 June 2018\n \nVeltyco Group PLC\n(\"Veltyco\", \"the Company\" or the \"Group\")\n \nPosting of Annual Accounts and AGM notice \nDividend timetable\n \nThe Company announces that its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2017, notice of Annual General Meeting (\"AGM\") and form of proxy for the AGM, have now been posted to shareholders.\n \nThe AGM is to be held on 11 July 2018 at 10.30 a.m. at the offices of Estera Trust (Isle of Man) Ltd, 33-37 Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man IM1 1LB.\n \nAs announced on 7 June 2018, the Company proposes to pay a maiden dividend of 0.25 pence per share for the year ended 31 December 2017. Subject to shareholder approval of the dividend at the AGM, the dividend will be paid on 20 July 2018 to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 6 July 2018.
