The Company's Malian subsidiary, Menankoto SARL (\"\n \n Menankoto\n \n \") applied for a one year renewal of the Menankoto Permit in early\n \n February 2021\n \n and was subsequently advised in early\n \n March 2021\n \n that the new permit would not be granted to Menankoto.
