Marsh, the specialist investor in early stage financial services businesses, announced as part of its Annual Results Announcement on 11 June 2019 the payment of a final dividend of 4.76p per share in respect of the financial year ending 31 January 2019.\nThe Company would like to make Shareholders aware that the dividend, if approved by Shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting, will be paid on 26 July 2019, to all Shareholders on the Register of Members on 28 June 2019. He has over 30 years' experience in building, buying and selling financial services businesses, particularly in the insurance sector.\nAlice Foulk joined B.P. Marsh in September 2011 having started her career at a leading Life Assurance company.
