[{"type":"text","content":"Citation: 2017 BCSECCOM 56 Cease Trade Order Axis Energy Corporation Section 164 of the Securities Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 418 ¶ 1 Axis Energy Corporation (Axis) is a Nevada corporation with securities quoted on the OTC Pink tier of the OTC Markets platform under the ticker-symbol AXGC. Axis is an OTC reporting issuer under Multilateral Instrument 51-105 Issuers Quoted in the U.S.Over-the-Counter Markets as its business has been directed or administered from British Columbia since September 15, 2008. ¶ 2 Axis has failed to file any of the records required under the Act and regulations as an OTC reporting issuer (the required records). ¶ 3 Under section 164(1) of the Act, the Executive Director orders that all persons cease trading in Axis’ securities until: 1.
