(the \"Company\") is pleased to provide an update on its in Nevada, Rainbow Canyon gold property. The Rainbow Canyon property includes an area of approximately 421 hectares (approximately 1040 acres ) located 40 kilometers east of Reno, in Washoe County, Nevada. Gold mineralization on the property is thought to be similar in age and host rock type to the nearby Comstock Mine. The property is situated within the Walker Lane structural belt which is host to several major gold and silver deposits with historical production. These including the bonanza silver-gold vein deposits of the Comstock Mine (7.65 Moz. gold and 177.0 Moz. silver), as well as large bulk-mineable gold-silver deposits such as the Rawhide Mine (1.5Moz.gold), and Paradise Peak (1.6 Moz. gold and 22.0 Moz. silver).Allan McNutt, P. Geo and a \"Qualified Person\" visited the property in April, 2011 and spent two days examining and sampling numerous showings and prospect pits. Historic, pre-43-101, exploration work on the property discovered several quartz veins that were reported to carry significant gold values. Mr. McNutt reports that alteration around the quartz veins suggests a low sulfidation mineralizing event.In a surface prospecting program by a previous owner rock chip samples taken from quartz vein float and outcrops exposed in historic prospecting pits were reported to have produced significant gold assays. Sampling was done by Mr. McNutt to confirm the analyses reported by the previous owner.Mr. McNutt is completing a 43-101 report which will incorporate the results of the 2011 sampling.
