(the 'Company') announces that it is today\nposting a circular to its shareholders (the 'Circular') setting out details of\nthe proposed disposal of its automotive division ('Avon Automotive'). This\nfollows the Board's announcement on 22 May 2006 of its agreement to sell Avon\nAutomotive.\n\nThe Circular contains a notice convening an Extraordinary General Meeting of\nshareholders to be held at the offices of ING Bank N.V., London Branch, 60\nLondon Wall, London EC2M 5TQ at 10 a.m. on 13 June 2006, at which approval for\nthe proposed disposal will be sought.\n\nThe Circular will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing\nAuthority's Document Viewing Facility which is situated at: Financial Services\nAuthority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS and the\nCompany's registered office Hampton Park West, Semington Road, Melksham,\nWiltshire SN12 6NB.
