This is conditional only upon admission of the shares to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange.\nAn application for the listing of 300,000 ordinary shares of £1 each in the Company (\"Ordinary Shares\") has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange. The shares will be held by the Trustee in order to satisfy awards under the Avon Rubber p.l.c. Performance Share Plan 2010 (the \"Plan\").\nThe number of shares and interests in shares held by the trustee of Avon Rubber p.l.c. Employee Share Ownership Trusts No.1 and No.2 (the \"Trusts\"), following the allotment will be 1,542,111.
