[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\n \n \n1 August 2024\nAvon Technologies plc\n(\"Avon\" or the \"Group\")\n \nChange of Company Name\nThe Group today confirms that Avon Protection plc has been renamed Avon Technologies plc. \nAs announced at the Group's Capital Markets Day on 8 February 2024 and again at the Group's Interim Results on 21 May 2024, the Board has chosen to change the name of the holding company to Avon Technologies plc to improve clarity and ensure there is no confusion between the Strategic Business Units (\"SBUs\") and the wider Group.\nThis new name recognises Avon's heritage while embracing the next stage of its development - accelerating growth through innovation in technology. \nThe two SBU names, Avon Protection and Team Wendy, remain unchanged.\nThe trading symbol (\"AVON\") and ISIN/SEDOL codes for the Company's ordinary shares listed on the London Stock Exchange remain unchanged.\nShareholders should note that their shareholdings will be unaffected by the change of name.
