Aviva plc has submitted an application for a block listing of 2,000,000 ordinary shares, each with a nominal value of 32 17/19 pence, to be admitted to the Official List and trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market, with admission expected on December 15, 2025. It is expected that admission will become effective on 15 December 2025.\n \nThe new Ordinary Shares will be issued from time to time to satisfy the release of awards under the Company's Global Matching Share Plan.
