[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 3089O Avingtrans PLC 17 August 2017 \n\n \nAvingtrans plc \n(\"Avingtrans\" or the \"Company\")\n \nResult of General Meeting\n \nAvingtrans plc (AIM: AVG) announces that at the General Meeting of the Company, held in connection with the proposed acquisition of Hayward Tyler Group plc (\"HTG\"), to be effected by means of a scheme of arrangement under Part X of the Companies Act 2006 of the Isle of Man (the \"Scheme\"), which took place earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed. \n \nThe Scheme is also conditional on approval by HTG shareholders at the both the HTG Court Meeting and General Meeting (the \"HTG Meetings\"), to be held on 21 August 2017, and the Scheme being sanctioned by the High Court of the Isle of Man, with such court hearing to be held on 30 August 2017.
