[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n21 February 2011\n\n Avingtrans plc \n\n (\"Avingtrans\" or \"the Company\") \n\n £5m Contract Extension for Aerospace Division \n\nAvingtrans (AIM: AVG), the designer, manufacturer and supplier of critical\ncomponents and associated services to the energy, medical, industrial and\nglobal aerospace sectors, announces that its C&H subsidiary (Aerospace\ndivision) has signed a 3 year contract extension with its largest customer, a\nmarket leading midlands based aerospace manufacturer.\n\nThe total contract extension value is approximately £5m over three years\nstarting from January 2011 and is a further continuation of the original\nagreement of January 2006 to provide precision surface polishing and finishing\nof a range of aerospace components to an exceptionally high quality level.\n\nIn continuing to provide services and products to this key customer, Avingtrans\nbelieves that C&H is underpinned as a business with a solid base for continued\ngrowth.\n\nSteve McQuillan, Chief Executive, Avingtrans commented:\n\n\"It is great news that this customer recognises the quality of our products and\nservices and our exceptional delivery performance.
