[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 7985Z Avingtrans PLC 31 May 2016 \n\n31 May 2016\nAvingtrans Plc\n(\"Avingtrans\" or the \"Company\" or the \"Group\")\n \nExercise of Share Options\n \nAvingtrans (AIM:AVG), a manufacturer of critical components and associated services to the global energy and medical sectors announces that on 26 May 2016 the Company issued 8,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each (\"Ordinary Shares\") following the exercise of options under the Company's CSOP share option scheme. \n \nApplication has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will take place on 2 June 2016. Upon Admission, the shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company. \n \nAfter admission of these new shares, the Company's total issued share capital is 27,754,564 Ordinary Shares. Avingtrans does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury.
