[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n27 January 2010\n\n Avingtrans plc \n\n (\"Avingtrans\" or \"the Group\") \n\n Contract Win for Aerospace division \n\nAvingtrans (AIM:AVG), the designer, manufacturer and supplier of critical\ncomponents and associated services to the energy, medical, industrial and\nglobal aerospace sectors, is pleased to announce that its B&D Patterns Limited,\na member of the Group's Aerospace division, has won a new contract with a major\nEuropean Aerospace OEM for its self-locking nuts solutions for jet engine\nassemblies. The contract is valued at Euro 4m over its 4 year term.\n\nBy using advanced analytical modeling, B&D Patterns was able to develop and\nqualify a range of part numbers in this family of self locking nuts in a very\nshort time scale.
