[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 9883S Avingtrans PLC 29 May 2009 \nAvingtrans plc\nAdditional Listing\nThe Board of Avingtrans plc (the 'Company') announces that, further to the terms of a sale and purchase agreement dated 19 May 2006, the Company has issued 850,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') and agreed to pay £138,000 in deferred cash payments in respect of 18.2 per cent. of the share capital of Sigma Precision Components, Ltd, bringing the Company's total ownership to 93.2 per cent.\nApplication has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to AIM and it is expected that admission will take place on 4 June 2009. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company.
