Countryside has also secured for 2016, over 3 million dollars in landscaping contracts for two major home production builders.\n Countryside Nursery & Landscape, located in Austin, TX on a three-acre nursery, is a full service retail garden center and landscape design company. The company has been designing and constructing landscape projects in the Austin Metro Area for the past 15 years specializing in creating a variety of different landscapes, rock, gardens, and xeriscapes to meet customer needs. Countryside has been under a definitive purchase agreement with AVEW and closing in expected in the very near future. AVEW has a funding letter of intent to receive an acquisition loan from a capital market banking organization. Details of this transaction will be fully disclosed after closing per the wishes of the funding entity. AVEW's financial audits, due to complete soon, will allow AVEW to apply for OTC:QB listing status and trigger funding to AVEW with capital already committed upon AVEW QB status.
