[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n\n26 July 2010\n\n AVATION PLC\n\n Response to analyst's question regarding a Listing on the London Stock Exchange\n\nThe Board of Avation plc (the \"Company\") announces that in response to an analyst's question that\nit will consider proposals from advisers to apply for its ordinary shares to be admitted to the\nOfficial List of the UK Listing Authority and to trade on the Main Market of London Stock Exchange\nPLC (\"LSE\").\n\nIf the Company proceeds with such a proposal and the consequent applications for admission to the\nOfficial List and the LSE prove successful, this may see the prior withdrawal of the Company's\nshares from the PLUS-quoted market.\n\nTo assist the Company the Board has appointed the law firm Speechly Bircham LLP to advise it with\nregard to the proposed move to LSE but at this stage is still considering the proposals and will\ncontinue to keep its options open.
